Update: Childish Gambino’s This is America Tour postponed following foot injury

“This is America”, Donald Glover’s final (?) tour as Childish Gambino, is on hold after Glover sustained a foot injury in Dallas over the weekend.

Fam Rothestein, of Glover’s creative agency Wolf + Rothstein, said the tour has been postponed, but not cancelled. “My guy played through the pain, but has to sit some dates out. Back before the years out.”

Update: “Under doctor’s orders,” the majority of the dates have been pushed back until December. Gambino’s scheduled appearance at Austin City Limits has been canceled (Justice will serve as the replacement headliner.) Also, the Seattle concert has been canceled due to “venue renovations.” Gambino is scheduled to return to the stage in time for his appearance at New Orleans’ Voodoo Experience.

Tickets will be honored for the newly rescheduled dates. You can also grab them here.
